Leave of Absence
Review below for information in regards to Leave of Absence.
Helpful Pointers
You are allowed a maximum of 14 days Leave of Absence, if you require more, we suggest you retire until you are able to complete our weekly activity quota
Only submit a Leave of Absence via Melonly if you are unable to get on duty within the duration of 3 days, any less shouldn't require a Leave of Absence
During your Leave of Absence we restrict the feature to come on duty, whilst on LOA you shouldn't have/need the time to get on duty
We understand you are not robots and require breaks from ROBLOX & Discord for a short duration of time to focus on yourself or for other activities, therefore we permit a Leave of Absence 2 times a month for personal reason(s). We ask, you do share your reasoning so we can keep record of it, however if it's something you do not wish to share with the Management Team, you can directly message a Directive member and we can sort any issues out from there. Acceptable reasons follow:
Family issues (separations, death or generalized issues)
Vacation/Holiday (no access to any devices/internet)
Mental Health Break (require a break to focus on yourself for a duration of time)
Other reasons that restrict you from accessing your device/issues that are serious to you and in which wish not to primarily focus on Discord.
How do I submit a Leave of Absence?

Head to Melonly's Dashboard and click on Moderator Panel https://melonly.xyz/panel/7011338110063611904
Click Manage Leave of Absence and fill out all the required details
Click the Submit button & await approval/denial of your request.
We reserve the right to deny your Leave of Absence for any reason we deem fit. By submitting a LOA, this statement tells us you acknowledge and agree to it.
