Moderation Trial Phase

This is the final stage in your hiring process. Find all relevant information about your trial phase below.

Helpful Hints

• Your Trial Phase will last 7 days/1 week, this begins the day you pass your ride-along

• You will be expected to meet the 5 hour p/week quota, however if you do not meet the quota, you will not be infracted, you will be removed from our team

• Your Trial Phase can end mid-week if we feel your not making enough progress

• During your phase, do not be alarmed that Management members are viewing you, it's to view your progress throughout the week

Passed: Once you have passed your Trial Phase, an announcement in Staff Announcements with your's and others results will be sent. You will be roled and fully qualified and will not require frequent reviews throughout the week.

Failed: If you fail your Trial Phase, no announcement mentioning your name will be sent if the 7 days has concluded. Your roles will be removed and you are welcome to open a ticket asking for the more in depth reason of your denial.
